You're One Step Away

Here's How Working With MailMath Works

This video walks you through exactly what happens next — from payment to your first mailing going out the door.

How We Work

We don't run one campaign and hand you a bill. We take your proven email campaign or best-performing ad and adapt it into a direct mail piece that reaches the audience who never saw it — then we stay with you until that campaign is profitable and repeatable. You walk away with a playbook you can run inside your business on your own. No month-to-month contracts. We're done when it's working.

To Get Started

Preferred

Wire Transfer

Wire transfer is our preferred payment method and allows us to get started immediately upon confirmation. The one-time project fee is $7,500.

Get Wire Instructions

Once your wire is sent, email Jake at [email protected] to confirm and we'll get your kickoff call scheduled.

Other Options

If wire transfer doesn't work for your team, we also accept credit card and ACH via invoice. Note that credit card payments include a processing fee that will be added to the invoice total — the choice is yours. Reach out to Jake directly and he'll send an invoice through your preferred method.

What Happens After You Pay

1

Sign Your Agreement

Once payment clears, we'll send a short agreement outlining exactly what we'll do together. Just reply with your name to confirm — no formality, just making sure we're on the same page.

2

Kickoff Call

You'll book a 30-minute call — typically available Thursday or Friday. We'll confirm which email campaign or Facebook ad we're adapting, identify the best segment of your list to mail first, and advise on the offer and landing page if needed. This is where we map out the full campaign.

3

Creative Development

We design your direct mail piece based on whichever campaign we agreed on in the kickoff call — whether that's a winning email or a proven Facebook ad. We adapt the copy and layout for direct mail and have it ready for your review within one week.

4

Your Approval

You review the creative before anything goes to print. We'll also confirm tracking at this stage — if you have an existing tracking setup, we'll make sure it's correctly placed on the piece. If not, we can set that up for you. Nothing ships without your approval.

5

Mail Drop

Once creative is confirmed, we target the following Friday as mail day. We facilitate everything through the print and mail vendor — you'll be responsible for the cost of postage and printing, which we'll confirm with you before placing the order. Plan on 5–7 business days after the drop date before you start seeing responses — direct mail isn't instant like digital, but it's predictable.

6

Results & Next Steps

We review response rates together. If the test shows promise, we scale. If it needs refinement, we adjust and retest. We stay through this process until the campaign is consistently profitable and you're confident running it yourself.
